How does the airport meeting work?

Your driver waits inside the terminal holding a sign with your name. If you add your flight number when booking, we track the landing — you meet at arrivals and go straight to the car with your luggage.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight by its number; your driver comes according to the actual landing time and waits for you for up to 2 hours. You pay no extra charge for waiting caused by a delay.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on the distance and is charged per vehicle, not per person. It is fixed when you book and does not change on the way. There is no prepayment — you pay the driver at the end of the ride.

Do you operate at night?

Yes, we run 24/7, including night and early-morning flights. The price is the same at any hour.

Can I get a child seat?

Yes. Write it in the notes field when booking and we prepare the car with a child seat.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Our vehicles range from 3-seat sedans to a 12-seat minibus that takes 12 passengers and 8 bags. Since pricing is per vehicle, your whole group travels for one fare.

How do I pay?

No prepayment and no card details are needed. You pay the driver in cash at the end of the transfer.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Yes, cancellation is always free. Because we take no prepayment, you never have to deal with a refund process. So that the driver does not set out for nothing, we kindly ask you, if possible, to let us know at least 1 day before the transfer.
